Our Process

Like our products, Diecast Australia’s processes and the way we conduct business have been created by design.

We could see as the Australian Die Casting business matured, there would be players leave the industry and as they did, we purchased their machinery and added capacity and redundancy to our capability. We could also see that customers wanted to partner with companies having multiple capabilities to take over the end to end creation of superior quality products.

Product Engineering 

The basis for all great outcomes is planning. By using Diecast Australia’s skills in product engineering it ensures the form, fit, function and specification of the product and process is optimised. From here the dies can be created and then the production can start. read more...

Powder Coating

Trimming/Polishing/Finishing

Making sure products are ready for market in a repeatable manner it’s critical to ensure the fit, finish and visual appearance of the product is ready for the shelf. A full end to end production process requires a distribution element to it. For select customers, we can organise drop shipping of their products to customers and to various warehouses.
